Admin Assistant/HR needed for a small well established powder coating business in Parow Industria
Duties & Responsibilities
Manually capture wages on excel spreadsheet from biometric machine report
Prepare and submit weekly wages - PAYE/UIF/SDL
Employee contracts
Record all disciplinary actions
Record all leave categories
Workers' Compensation forms - accident reports
Deal with general HR and Payroll queries
Managing and purchasing of consumables, cleaning supplies, stationery and refreshments
Performaing ad-hoc administration duties
Ensure reception area is neat and tidy
Growth potential - Administrator
Desired Experience & Qualification
National Senior Certificate
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar role
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Strong computer skills (MS office)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
HR experience beneficial
Pastel Accounting experience will be advantageous
Numerical proficiency
Presentable, neat and able to multi-task
Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
