Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:
The BI Analyst will play a pivotal role in crafting and refining the company's BI infrastructure to align with their dynamic business requirements. This position entails crafting and managing tailored reports for diverse clientele, guaranteeing data precision, and furnishing actionable intelligence. The Analyst will serve as a cornerstone in dissecting, deciphering, and presenting data to fortify decision-making frameworks within the company's operational landscape.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for operational support
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Optimize database performance through advanced query tuning
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik, Excel, and Power Pivot
• Ensure visualizations are accessible and actionable
• Tailor reports to meet client-specific needs
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Provide actionable recommendations for business improvement
• Enhance BI stack and stay updated with latest technologies
• Implement best practices in data analytics and reporting
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical team
• Provide end-user training and support on BI tools
• Create documentation and user guides
• Collaborate with Head of BI to align initiatives with strategic objectives
• Foster innovation and collaboration within the team
• Promote integration of BI solutions into business processes

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, IT, Data Sciences or related

Job Experience and Skills Required:
• 3+ years work experience in a BI and/or similar role
• Proficient in SQL and adept in database management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in Power Pivot functionality
• Demonstrated experience with Power BI for comprehensive data visualization
• Qlik (beneficial)
• Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data warehousing
• Comfortable with cloud-based BI tools and platforms, such as Azure
