This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract
The identification, design, implementation, and change management of effective control environment within FP&A as they relate to key processes, policies, and procedures. In addition support the FP&A Team with execution of all improvement initiatives including change management and training.
Lead the design and implementation of robust process controls including setting up periodic management assessment and reviews, working with FP&A Team, Project Teams and third party service providers.
Use technical internal controls knowledge to risk assess FP&A control environment, interpreting gaps to best-practice – understand impact, root cause and action needed to bring about improvement.
Support execution of other FP&A continuous improvement initiatives (people, process, and systems).
Develop current and future state process maps for key FP&A processes including Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting, monthend and external reporting.
Develop FP&A procedures, polices and standards across all FP&A scope deliverables ensuring effective governance framework is in place.
Develop and deliver controls and compliance training as it relates to key FP&A processes.
