Reporting to National Operations Manager, The Demand & Supply Planning Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the consensus 18 months rolling demand plan for finished goods and VISITS at multiple levels of aggregation, using statistical models within APO/IBP and utilizing insights from Sales, Marketing, and Finance. They manage the flow of supply to secure 100% Stock availability and efficient inventory levels. The Demand & Supply Planning Manager ensures alignment with company’s financial (Hyperion) and sales (CPM) plans. They work closely with their peers in Red Bull South Africa to develop, implement and share best practices in alignment with PPL HQ.
