Introduction

We are a proud online sports-betting operation seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to complement our workforce and drive player acquisition amongst other Digital Marketing objectives. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media by designing and executing marketing campaigns, while managing product marketing via various communication channels. Subsequent to launching digital campaigns, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels, provide in-depth reporting and optimisation plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
• Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns to suit business objectives
• Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders
• Paid platform and programmatic advertising
• Ad copy and creative management
• Manage aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns in order to drive growth/success
• Optimise websites for search engines (on-page SEO) – advantageous
• Knowledge of SEO/Technical SEO/Local SEO
• Perform keyword research for both SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Analyse competitors’ websites and online marketing initiatives
• Create and manage paid search ad campaigns
• Manage significant paid search budgets on top tier search engines (Google, Bing)
• Prepare monthly campaign reports
• Optimise web content for keywords related to customer products and services
• Consult regarding business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet the business needs
• Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Set up campaign tracking and continuously monitor, test and optimise campaigns to maximise their performance.
• Create and execute customer email and SMS communication using CRM systems to manage relationships, increase conversion and retention metrics.
• To successfully find ways to optimize CRM software programs to market effectively to current and potential customers.
• Conduct business and customer behaviour reviews using CRM program.
• In collaboration with the marketing team, create and execute promotions across racing, sport and casino products.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• National Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Post-tertiary experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Google and or equivalent certification required
• Experience with SEO and CRM tools, Reporting platforms/tools
• Grade 12 or higher.
