A global pharmaceutical company has a vacancy for a Financial Analyst to perform monthly reporting both internally and externally, assistance with budgets, data analysis and maintenance of data models.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Finance business partner for clusters: Central Africa – budgeting, forecasting, analysis, financial modeling and reporting.
• Reconciliations and management reporting.
• Debtors and creditors management.
• Inventory – forecasting, budgeting, provision, analysis and reporting.
• Assisting with month-end closure, accruals, revenue reconciliations, journals, and reporting.
• Profitability assessments ad hoc and new business.
• Administration of purchase orders and invoices.
• Maintenance and support related to the budgeting and reporting models.
• Ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifying Requirements are:
• CA(SA) or CIMA qualified.
• Minimum 3 years post articles experience.
• Overall strong IFRS knowledge, strong financial modelling, excellent Excel skills as well as relationship building and strong business partnering.
• Experience with Power BIand Navision would be advantageous.
