Introduction
Our client is seeking a dynamic Financial Manager and leader for a high-pressure environment. Must manage junior staff, meet deadlines, and be a team player.
Duties include but not limited to:
• Preparation of construction costs per project and report on performance against signed off budgets
• Preparation of monthly reporting packs for Plant, Construction, Facilities and Procurement divisions
• Prepare financial models to assess viability of new projects
• Review wages payroll fortnightly and associated monthly PAYE, Provident Fund and Group Risk submissions.
Must have up to date knowledge of tax legislation, exchange control regulations, IFRS & Financial modelling and be highly computer literate. Must have a minimum of 3 years post qualifying experience and have knowledge of Buildsmart & MDA Property Management Systems.
