Introduction
Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to elevate their brand and captivate their audience through all things design related.

What will you do here?
• You will design sleek, captivating content that showcases the company and attracts attention.
• You'll lead the charge in shaping our online presence, crafting social media campaigns that engage and inspire an affluent audience.
• This will include curating visuals to driving engagement across multiple platforms to reposition and elevate the brand.
The main duties will include:
• Generate creative digital and other promotional content for the use on various channels, including web, mobile and print.
• Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts and stories.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Manage social media pages, which include conceptualising and planning monthly content across social media platforms in line with the digital strategy.
• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that align with the brands voice.
• Write regular emailers and blog posts across all our websites/social media platforms.
• Edit and produce engaging marketing videos for social media consumption.
• Create and execute all social media campaigns and content.
• Plan and execute the social media strategy, including developing all communications and media actions on all online and social media platforms.
• Manage campaign set-up, delivery, performance, testing and reporting across digital and social channels.
• Create graphics and UI experiences for websites.
• General graphic design (e.g. monthly newsletter and everything design-related).
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and experience
• Qualification in digital media, graphic design or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years’ professional graphic and digital media experience, including graphic design, conceptual design, digital content, web design, editing, HTML and CSS, and/or digital media management.
• Experience in social media management and strategy creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite graphic design tools; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, as well as CS6 or Creative Cloud, Adobe Premiere Pro/ After effects, Flash, Dreamweaver or similar.
• Proficiency in Mailchimp and Wix Editor is beneficial.

• A self-motivated person that can act autonomously to achieve objectives.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
• Storytelling skills: Tye ability to craft compelling narratives and captions that tell the brands story and captivate users across various platforms.
• Visual Aesthetics: A strong eye for design, ensuring all social media content is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligns with luxury aesthetics.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to implementation.
