Job Summary
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to perform payroll functions accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations
• Understand and implement payroll compliance and quality control measures
• Complete and submit EMP201 forms in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll software, including VIP Premier Payroll essential
• Ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing
Requirements
The successful candidate will require:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Payroll
• At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration
• Proficiency in VIP Premier Payroll essential software
• A good understanding of the BCEA
• NBCRFLI advantageous
