Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams? Sedgwick South Africa is seeking a dedicated professional to manage colleagues within the Inland Region, ensuring they receive the necessary support and autonomy to excel in their roles. As a key member of our leadership team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives and work closely with the Business Development Lead to foster strong client relationships. In this role, you will oversee regional operational plans and budgets, collaborate on recruitment and performance management, and report monthly on the Inland Region's performance. Your ability to build good working relationships with clients and resolve complaints effectively will be crucial. Additionally, you will ensure the technical quality of reports, meet client KPIs and SLAs, and manage disaster response efforts as needed. Success in this position will be measured by the delivery of operational plans and budgets, achieving revenue targets, conducting bi-annual performance reviews, and maintaining compliance with company standards. The skills you will have when you apply: Leadership experience is a must. Insurance industry knowledge is preferred but not essential. Ability to motivate a team. Operations: Delivery of operational plans and budgets. Maintenance of efficient branch processes. Customer Focus: A customer-focused approach and extensive organisational skills. Communication: Exceptional telephone manner and excellent written communication skills IT skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and email.
