Harith General Partners seeks to employ an Investment Manager to support the development, implementation and management of the Investments strategy aligned to the company’s vision and business strategy.

Responsibilities

- Support the development, implementation and management of the Investment and strategies and action plans to enable achievement of the strategic objectives of the business.

- Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of Investment opportunities in line with the strategy of the business.

- Support the investment process in relation to evaluation, due diligence, transaction structuring and closing and monitoring of investments,

- Support in the identification potential acquisition opportunities and participate in the execution of these transactions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

- Perform quarterly valuations of investment portfolio and ensure reporting to the relevant investment committees.

- Lead the building, evaluation and maintenance of financial models to determine relevance and financial soundness of all investment opportunities.

- Undertake any other responsibilities relating to this role.

- Assume responsibility for the operation of the investments, from customer service to risk management.

- Provide inputs into the Investment Strategy and support origination of new opportunities.

- Engage in regular research and readings to stay apprised about the state of the economy, global financial markets, and general current events.

- Maintain current knowledge about financial products available.

- Work closely with investment analysts to assess financial information and investment opportunities.

- Present investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed course of action in meetings with potential stakeholders.

- Uses complex financial models to project future earning and profit potential and uses this data to inform decisions and proposals.

- Measure and evaluate return on investment and trends that may impact the portfolio.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:

- Manage input and deliverables from internal stakeholders (legal, finance).

- Establish and manage strong working relationships with external parties (intermediaries and advisors).

GOVERNANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT:

- Compile and or review the necessary investment committee and board documents.

- Keep abreast with legislative and or regulatory frameworks.

LEARNING:

- Participate in knowledge sharing in the team and cross functional.

Qualifications

- Post graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting or related fields.

- Minimum 5-year experience in execution and management investments in complex infrastructure projects.

- Strong numerical, analytical, report writing and presentation skills.

- Strong skills in building and maintaining financial and business models.

- Experience in working across multi jurisdictions in infrastructure projects will be highly advantageous.

- Experience in managing multiple investments projects.

- Project management experience advantageous
