Each year thousands of guests from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia travel with us to over 50 destinations around the world, either as private tours or onboard luxury cruises.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Luxury Lifestyle Manager to join our growing team. As a luxury travel company, we specialize in high-end, personalized travel experiences. This role is ideal for a travel professional with a strong background in travel administration, operations, or sales support who has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage restaurant bookings for clients and travel agents in key global destinations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with top restaurants to provide VIP services for our clients.
• Provide expert advice and handle bookings for additional services such as beach clubs, spas, theatres, and sporting events.
• Research and communicate exciting events and festivals in key destinations to both internal teams and clients.
• Update and manage client travel itineraries using our itinerary system (Axus) and ensure all necessary details are communicated to clients and agents.
• Assist with the creation of client literature, including updated restaurant guides and travel documents, to enhance the client experience.
• Monitor and report client feedback on restaurant bookings and additional services to improve the overall service offering.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in the travel industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish are a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexible hours as needed.

The Role:
• This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
