We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As the Marketing and Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, engaging with our followers and customers, and elevating our digital presence through compelling content creation.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer feedback.
• Engage with followers and customers through comments, messages, and interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop integrated campaigns that drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and techniques.
• Passion for sweets and chocolates is a plus!
