Our client in Woodmead is looking for an innovative and vibrant individial to join their orgarnisation as a Marketing and CRM Manager to assist the orginisation with Financial Services brand and products through various marketing initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The role of the Marketing and CRM Manager is to drive and support the awareness of the Organisation Financial Services brand and products through various marketing initiatives.
• Develop and drive the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy through our dealer network and, internally by ensuring a seamless digital customer experience.
• Working closely with all divisions within Organisation Financial Services, Organisation South Africa Marketing as well as the Organisation, and other Dealer networks, to support new and used vehicle sales, market share, finance, and insurance penetrations through conquest and retention strategies.
• Drive customer retention and lead management nationally within the Organisation and other Dealer networks and steer the various the setting up, roll-out, integration, and maintenance of associated retention management projects, programs, and the enhancement of retention management systems.
Indirect:
• Service provider management.
• Collaboration with the rest of the business & Organisation stakeholders.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Business Management, or equivalent business qualification
Experience Required
Minimum 5 -8 years experience heading Marketing function candidate must have 5 years of team management experience.
3 years of Customer Relationship Management experience within the financial services industry or Organisation Dealer network
Valid Driver’s Licence
