Introduction

Our client in the financial space is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. Client will not look at candidates from an Agency space. We need to look at Marketing Managers who have worked internally for a client. (Internal Communications)

Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria.
• Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
• Drive go-to market efforts of tailored products
• Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
• Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
• Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Events creation, coordination and attendance of programmes, as well as 3rd party hosted gatherings

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• WordPress Themes experience
• Proficiency [or ability & willingness to learn] with various marketing platforms & marketing software tools

Desired Experience & Qualification

Desired Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing. Relevant work experience in business financing or business banking or SME credit analysis in either a bank, an investment company, or an audit company.

Package & Remuneration

CTC of R35 000 to R45 000
