Sómeu Skin seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to manage and grow our paid digital campaigns across various channels. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid media efforts to increase brand visibility and drive conversions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising and analytics and a passion for skincare and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategize, plan, and execute paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize efficiency and ROI.
• Manage budgets and forecast spending to ensure optimal allocation of resources across platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and continuous A/B testing to improve campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align campaigns with ongoing marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and updates in paid media to implement innovative practices and tools.
• Handle vendor relationships and negotiate media buys effectively.

You are a perfect candidate if:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a paid media or digital advertising role, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industries.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PPC, SEM, and paid social media strategies.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with an ability to glean insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
