The Preschool Manager/Principal will provide senior-level instruction (teaching) and leadership within the school, ensuring the highest early childhood education standards are maintained. They will oversee the curriculum delivery, manage the teaching staff, and liaise with Group Management to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals. You must be a self-starter, administratively capable, and willing to be robustly engaged.

Responsibilities
• Implement and monitor the school's curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the vision and requirements of Little Ashford.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff, providing feedback and fostering an environment of continuous professional development. This includes setting and working with your school-based management team.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for the learners.
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, ensuring transparency and collaboration in children’s education.
• Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring adherence to organisational and regulatory policies and procedures, as required by Head Office.
• Collaborate with group management to establish and work towards strategic goals for the school.
• Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of education and overall learner experience.
• Ensure effective use of all resources within the school.
• Liaise with the broader community, building relationships and partnerships that support the school's mission and objectives.

Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, preferably an Honours/Master's Degree
• At least seven years of teaching experience, with at least three years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Comprehensive understanding of early childhood education principles, practices, and curriculum development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and develop teaching staff.
• Knowledge of educational regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to promoting inclusivity, diversity, and a positive learning environment.
• Experience in curriculum assessment in early childhood education.
• Proficient in using education-related technology and software.
