Job Description

The successful Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and support to drive performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Lead marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and promote products and solutions through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Sales and Marketing Manager will fit the following profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong business acumen with excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
• Experience in building and managing sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and achieving targets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to inform decision-making.
• Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Must be based in Gauteng.
