Senior Sales Executive
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (fully onsite)

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Shimansky, assisting our esteemed clients in finding the perfect piece of artistry. Your charm, product knowledge, and dedication will be the keys to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
• Showcase our exquisite jewelry collections with passion and expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• Sales related tertiary qualification advantageous
• At least 3-5 years’ Hospitality and Retail experience desired
• 5-8 Years’ previous customer service management experience
• Must have reliable transport to commute to and from the store
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
