• Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate required; no prior experience necessary.
• Ideal: Previous client service experience in retail, financial, or banking settings.

Qualifications:

• Ideal: Knowledge of bank branch environments; familiarity with Capitec Bank products and internal processes.

Knowledge:
• Minimum: Basic calculations; interpersonal skills; ambition and eagerness to learn.
• Ideal: Understanding of bank branch operations; knowledge of Capitec Bank’s products and internal workflows.

Skills:
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Conditions of Employment:
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Detectable fingerprints in Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
