Introduction

A very fast paced cross boarder logistics company based which is a subsidiary part of a large group of companies has an opening for a Stores Admin Clerk.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintaining records of orders, delivery details etc
• Receiving of goods daily
• Goods receival on Pastel
• Regular data inventory process
• Verification of receipts upon receiving
• Assisting in loading of the Cross-border truck
• Dispatching and maintaining of goods
• Responsible of collecting parts
• Ability to giveaway attention to detail
• You will be required to assist at front desk with exports from time to time
• Clerical assistance from time to time
• Buying of parts

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Pastel Evolution system with related with Ms Excel
• Driver’s License – A MUST NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Strong Admin Skills
• Communication Service skills
• Well organised
• Hardworking and able to handle and manoeuvre fragile stock with ease
• Customer Service skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Highly Numerate
• Able to think out of the box

Skills
• This person will be responsible for all the effective administration control issues for the stores area
• Suitable candidates must have Pastel Knowledge, be computer literate, and willing to work on public holidays & weekends
• 3 months probation
• Must be a South African citizen and be fluent in English
