Introduction

Itec SA has an exciting vacancy for a TFG Service Delivery Support & Administrator.

The rolle is responsible to bridge any gaps between normal day to day operations and the high demands of TFG Account.

To liaise frequently with the various operation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery is maintained to the highest possible standard.

Strict SLA management and high-quality consistent communication is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities
• DAILY DUTIES – HEAD OFFICE
• Activation and deactivation of ITEC printer PIN codes
• Installing print drivers
• Checking and monitoring HO/DC toner alerts
• Ordering of HO and DC toners
• Ordering of HO & DC paper
• Logging service requests for HO/DC devices
• Record PM stats
• Requesting paper movements between HO
• Record HO toner PODS
• STORES WORKSHOP REPORT:
• Arranging and recording collections requests
• Arranging and recording return requests
• Forwarding waybills for collection to BCX branches
• Recording devices statistics for workshop
• Creating manual collection and delivery notes
• Recording incident reports and device assessment forms
• Recording delivery notes from SEM, DSV & Skynet
• STORES Consumables
• Check and monitor all toner & drum orders for duplications.
• Update records of all consumables processed via LDCM.
• Creating toner quotes
• STORES SYNERGY CALLS:
• Investigate toner calls – (Troubleshooting, placing orders, FMA usage, creating quotes, tracking orders, assigning, and closing of calls.
• STORES DEVICE SWOPS
• Record FMA report daily.
• Record device swap-outs daily.
• STORES PODS:
• Request POD’s as required for store escalations.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Essential Qualifications
• Matric
• Microsoft Office skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)

Essential Experience & Abilities
• Needs knowledge with reconciliations of queries.
• Ability to identify and effectively solve problems.
• Ability to learn new tasks and skills quickly.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
