Introduction

Coordinate and manage marketing projects and tasks from beginning to end, with acute attention to detail.

Proof all advertisement and other Marketing collateral for accuracy, completeness, and brand adherence.

Oversee print production activities, monitoring 3rd-Party delivery will match specified print parameters (size, colour, quality).

Enable and oversee external-to-company Marketing Collateral Fulfilment portal, assuring that company employees can access, order, and receive collateral in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

To ensure all marketing material, internal and external signage and all promotional material is displayed correctly and within time frames as highlighted by HO.

Manage content, information, updates, pricing, graphics and drive traffic to online website, sales sites and social media through links, SEO, meta words, content management, analytics and blog input as well as other channels.

Including loading prices, new products, and listings.

Maximising connections among sites and keeping social media active, relevant and responsive.

Monitoring comments, questions and other support related requires throughout all sales sites and social media.

Productive stats and reports on inventory, traffic, demographics and target marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities

Brand CI
• Coordinate with Inventory Manager items which need to go on Special for each month.
• Have artwork drawn up by Designers and submit to stores 1 week before month end.
• Ensuring all stores instore artwork(A3, A1, A0, A4, Disclaimers, Public Holiday Notices) is up and the latest version.
• Ensuring all Promo items are on display in showrooms.
• Ensuring that items in the showrooms are marked and labelled and liase with BM to ensure that showrooms are kept in a neat and presentable manner for clients.
• All store signage is uniform across the group. Update Store Signage every 4 years
• Staff Uniforms to be rolled out every two years.
• Create Business Card templates for BM, sales and HO Personnel.
• Create Roll Out Plan for all new items introduced.

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Grade 12 qualification or Equivalent.
• Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Social Media Management.
• Basic Graphic design skills preferred, definitely need understanding on how to work with graphics designer.
• Demonstrated back end and advertising understanding.
• Google analytics experience.
• SEO building experience.
• Understanding of bulk mail data building, regulations and etiquette.
• Can work on Tasks assigned on own.
• Attention to detail - Spelling and Grammar a must.
• Multi-tasking, working on number of platforms.
• Work under deadlines.
• Organized
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new software’s and systems.
